The Saturday’s were vying for their first number one single for ‘Missing You’ but it wasn’t meant to be for The Saturdays as the single entered the charts at number three.
They were beaten by Eminem, who took the number two slot with ‘Love The Way You Lie’ featuring Rihanna, while Flo Rida took the coveted number one place with ‘Club Can’t Handle Me’
Elsewhere in the charts Tinchy Stryder entered at number 10 with ‘In My System’
In the Official Albums Chart, Arcade Fire and Eminem switch places. Eminem’s ‘Recovery’ leads the way (regaining the number one spot for a third time), with Arcade Fire’s ‘The Suburbs’ (last week’s number one – the band’s first in the UK) following at number two.

Pint – sized popstar Tinchy Stryder is currently on a whirlwind promo tour ahead of the release of his upcoming single “In My System”. Tinch flew to Ibiza to headline Radio 1′s Ibiza weekend yesterday and thrilled the crowd with his live set.
The huge musical showcase that was T4 On The Beach took place yesterday in Weston-super-Mare in the UK. The show saw the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Tinie Tempah, JLS, Diana Vickers, N-Dubz, The Saturdays and many many more perform their hits on the mainstage infront of thousands. Tinchy Stryder’s next official single is the uptempo electro track, “In My System”.
This will be the first song to be taken off his third album, “Third Strike” which will be released in November.
The video was shot in Barbados and looks set to premiere within weeks. The song was produced by long-term Tinchy collaborator Fraser T. Smith.

UK MC, Skepta has finally met with Diddy whilst the hip hop mogul is in town. Last month Diddy hit the Twitter headlines when he reached out to Skepta asking him to feature on the grime remix of “Hello Good Morning”.
The UK remix featuring Tinchy & Tinie debuted yesterday; it now looks like the official grime version with Skepta is set to drop next week!

Finally all the rumours have been confirmed! Tinchy Stryder is set to go into business with Jay -Z it was revealed today.
Tinchy hinted on his Twitter that he was to meet the hip hop mogul at his show in Manchester on Monday night, and after finally meeting him for the first time, it has been confirmed the two have signed a big-bucks deal.
Jay-Z’s “Roc Nation” has signed Tinchy’s management company in it’s first European venture. The new leg of the company will be called Takeover Roc Nation and will release records with Sony Music and tickets with Live Nation.
Tinchy also met Beyonce & Drake for the first time during his brief meeting in Manchester.
The UK rapper is currently in Barbados filming his official single from upcoming album “Third Strike”. The single is called “In My System” and is due to be released in summer.
