Rihanna revealed she has become party planner for pop star pal Katy Perry’s bachelorette party. Katy is set to marry British funnyman Russell Brand on an undisclosed date later this year.

It’s taking up way more time than my tour,” Rihanna laughed. “It’s so much pressure. Her wedding is probably going to be the best wedding I’ve ever been to and now I have to match the bachelorette party to that.”

In related news Rihanna has revealed she would love to do work with Lady Gaga. She told Scotland Record:

After her concert in LA, Rihanna spoke to ‘Access Hollywood’ about working wih Eminem and relating to ‘Love The Way You Lie’ on a very personal level.

It’s something that, you know, we’ve both experienced… on different sides, different ends of the table. He (Eminem) pretty much just broke down the cycle of domestic violence and it’s something that people don’t have a lot of insight on.”I knew if he sent me a record there must be something to it. It couldn’t just be, ‘Oh, Duh! She was in that relationship so we have to get her.The lyrics were so deep, so beautiful and intense. It’s something that I understood, something I connected with.”

In related news Rihanna is set to make her acting debut following a casting in Peter Berg’s ‘Battleship’. The singer will star alongside Alexander Skarsgard and Taylor Kitsch in the movie, based on the popular board game of the same name.
The movie – directed by ‘Hancock’ filmmaker Peter Berg – takes place across land, sea and air and sees the planet fighting for survival against an alien invader known as The Regents, Variety.com reports.

In related news, according to E online, Megan Fox is this close to being in Eminem’s video for ‘Love the Way You Lie’ with Rihanna.

Dominic Monaghan from Lost is all ready reportedly set to appear and Fox would play his love interest in some steamy sequences.

The source said Fox and Monaghan would shoot their scenes later this week in Los Angeles.

Kahn directed Eminem’s videos for ‘Without Me’ and ‘We Made You.’ He also directed Rihanna in a Covergirl ad.

Eminem and Rihanna are going to film visuals for their duet track ‘Love the Way You Lie’ this coming Tuesday, July 20. Confirming the news is director Joseph Kahn who shared it through his Twitter.

Got off a call. Emergency music video. Gonna write and turn in a treatment in three hours to shoot asap.”

He then followed it up with other posts,

“Video is gonna happen. Lots of work to do now. Video is awarded. Starts shooting Tuesday. Eminem & Rihanna. Off we go!

‘Love the Way You Lie’ is taken from Eminem’s chart topper ‘Recovery’. Beside prepping the Rihanna-featuring clip, Eminem also plans to shoot another music video, this time around to support Lil Wayne-assisted track ‘No Love’. He wrote on Twitter back in June:

We got Wayne’s verse filmed before he went away luckily. Gotta shoot the rest of a ‘No Love’ video real soon. Keep your head up Weezy!”

Rihanna covers the August 2010 issue of Seventeen magazine.
