Nicole Scherzinger celebrated her upcoming 33rd birthday in style yesterday by having two parties in Las Vegas. The X Factor USA judge was presented with two birthday cakes and looked stunning in both casual, beach and glamorous evening wear.
Nicole’s actual birthday is on the 29th June.

Nicole S looked stunning as she arrived for the Miami round of X Factor auditions earlier today.
Pairing a coral top, with a purple, high waisted mini skirt, the singer posed happily for photographers. The Miami auditions mark day 2 of Nicole’s official and new role as a judge on the upcoming big bucks talent show.
After a great deal of speculation, Nicole Scherzinger has officially been confirmed as the fourth judge on The X Factor USA, replacing Cheryl Cole.
Fox, Freemantlemedia North America and Syco released a statement to support the announcement earlier today which said
“Nicole Scherzinger will be replacing Cheryl Cole on the judging panel of The X Factor. “Nicole will join Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Paula Abdul on their search across America to find the next global superstar or group to win the life-changing $5 million dollar recording deal. Nicole has previously joined Simon Cowell as a guest judge on The X Factor for the UK version of the show in 2010. Steve Jones will act as sole host of The X Factor.”
Guess that settles it then!

Nicole Scherzinger is currently enjoying some downtime before she starts up her official role as a judge on X Factor USA. The beautiful ex-Pussycat Doll spent the day cheering on her 26-year racing driver, boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton at the Monaco Grand Prix. Nicole is set to jet back to the States this week to begin filming after replacing Cheryl Cole on the judging panel.

Cheryl Cole has reportedly been replaced by Nicole Scherzinger on the US version of The X Factor. Entertainment news site TMZ announced the “huge shake up” but as of yet, the reasons for the switch are unclear.

TMZ are reporting that Cheryl Cole was reportedly dumped from the US X Factor judging panel because her Geordie accent was too thick.
According to the report, 27-year-old Cole also had a ‘lack of chemistry’ with fellow judge Paula Abdul and bosses thought the British pop star was the ‘more expendable’ of the pair.
Meanwhile the Sun newspaper are claiming Cheryl was homesick.
It is still unclear if Cole will return to the UK X Factor if the rumours are indeed true.
