Do you remember seeing pictures of Nicki Minaj and Rihanna on the set of the video for Nicki’s single ‘Fly’? Well, the vid will get a sneak-peak airing at this years MTV Video Music Awards pre-show on Sunday 28th August. Selena Gomez will be co-hosting with MTV News on the black carpet ahead of the main show.
Nicki Minaj and Britney Spears smile for the camera backstage at the last leg of the Femme Fatale tour in Toronto. These two appear to have gotten very close as not only are there rumours that Nicki has been teaching Britney to rap, Nicki might also be appearing as part of the Britney tribute performance at this year’s VMAs on August 28th.

Britney Spears‘ ‘Femme Fatale’ tour touched down in Toronto last night.
So it was only right that Toronto’s very own Drake joined Nicki Minaj on stage during her opening segment to perform their track ‘Moment 4 Life’ together.
Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, Bruno Mars, will.i.am, Bruno Mars, and ?uestlove are to appear in an episode of The Cleveland Show about the Illuminati secret society.
Mike Henry, who voices Cleveland said:
“We have an episode where Kanye and will.i.am, playing himself, and Nicki Minaj, playing herself, and Bruno Mars, playing himself, and ?uestlove—they’re all part of the rap Illuminati, the secret group that controls pop culture.”
Executive producer Rich Appell explained:
“Cleveland inadvertently breaks into it and then it’s how he will either bring them down or they’ll bring him down. We have a couple of original songs with Kanye and will and Bruno, I mean, all of them, it was great.”
An air date is yet to be confirmed.
Nicki Minaj performed in Central Park this morning for Good Morning America.
The Harajuku Barbie performed tracks such ‘Super Bass’ and ‘Moment 4 Life’ and also had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction where her nipple slipped!

Nicki Minaj will join her YMCMB member Drake and voice one of the characters in ‘Ice Age 4′, according to reports.
Other stars already confirmed on Jennifer Lopez, Wanda Sykes and Queen Latifah.
‘Ice Age 4′ will be released in the US July 2012.
Nicki Minaj & Ricky Martin have been named as the new faces of Mac’s make up range, Viva Glam. The pair take over from Cyndi Lauper and Lady Gaga as the brand’s representatives.
Both Minaj & Martin are set to shoot the high budget advert with famed photographer, David LaChappelle later today.
Viva Glam has already raised in excess of $224 million for charities.

Nicki Minaj has declared that she would one day love to share the screen with Will Smith and work with director Tim Burton. The Super Bass rapper told Entertainment Weekly that she had gone to school to be an actress and that acting was actually her long-term goal. She continued:
“I want to work with Will Smith, because he’s a very successful rapper turned actor and therefore a role model…And Tim Burton because I love his crazy imagination. He comes up with these characters that are just so fascinating and the costumes and just creates these whole worlds.”
Now we know where all of those Nicki Minaj accents and characters come from!
