With anticipation looming, the first pic of the Lanvin for H&M collection has been revealved and features top models Natasha Poly, Hannelore Knuts and Freja Beha Erichsen in an all black everything shoot.
The collection of both womenswear and menswear will hit 200 stores worldwide on November 23.

by on 04/09/2010H&M has just announced that luxury design house Lanvin will be the next lower priced line for H&M.
People StyleWatch reports that there will be previews available on Nov. 2 with the collection in H&M stores on Nov. 20th.
Alber Elbaz, artistic director of Lanvin, in a statement confirming the collaboration said:
H&M approached us to collaborate, and see if we could translate the dream we created at Lanvin to a wider audience, not just a dress for less. I have said in the past that I would never do a mass-market collection, but what intrigued me was the idea of H&M going luxury rather than Lanvin going public,”

Jimmy Choo’s much hyped collaboration with high street chain H&M, officially launched yesterday in West Hollywood.
The cut-price collection is the first head-to-toe clothing range from shoe label, Jimmy Choo.
The party attracted celebs including founder, Tamara Mellon, Hayden Panettiere, Paris Hilton, M.I.A. and Cat Deeley who all wore items from the new line.

Stella McCartney for GAP KIDS | Liya Kebede for H&M

The Buzz| With profits up this year, and following on from her at the time groundbreaking collaboration with H&M back in 2005, Stella McCartney has designed a range for GAP KIDS and Baby GAP.
The Make Up| Launching in GAP stores worldwide on Nov 5, the campaign features models that were found during a open casting in London and was shot by Ryan McGinley who also shot the Stella McCartney Winter 09 campaign.
The Hype| The collection has a clear Beatles influence with the jackets and as with all of Stella McCartney clothes no pieces were made using leather or fur.

Sonia Rykiel Heats up H&M

More so then any other high street brand, H&M have there finger on the pulse when it comes to guest designers. Following H&M’s sold out Matthew Williamson collection and its upcoming collaboration with Jimmy Choo, the next designer for winter 2009 and spring 2010 will be Sonia Rykiel.
The French house founded by the “Queen of Knits” represents the distinctive, modern and impertinent spirit of Paris. This marks the first time that H&M has extended its designer collaboration to the world of lingerie and related accessories for women, with exclusive pieces to be launched in-store on 5th December 2009 while the second collection will be launched in around 250 H&M stores on 20th February 2010.
