Halle Berry and Trey Songz cosied up together at the 2011 FiFi Awards held at the Lincoln Centre in NYC. The awards, hosted annually by theFragrance Foundation, celebrates the best fragrances of the year.
Other attendees on the night included Fergie, who won the ‘New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year’ award for Outspoken and Mary J Blige who won the ‘Direct to Consumer’ and ‘Fragrance Sales Breakthrough’ categories.
Mary J later tweeted: “I’m so excited to tell my Fam That My Life Fragrance won 2 huge awards @ the fifi’s 2night!!!! Thank You so much!!!”

Recovering from recent surgery, legendary singer Aretha Franklin called into The Wendy Williams Show yesterday and spoke to Wendy about her recovery, R Kelly, wanting Halle Berry to play her in a forthcoming biopic and more.
Halle Berry opened up to CNN about her childhood growing up with a violent, abusive father, who used to beat her mother. Now, she volunteers at the Los Angeles Jenesse Center, an organization that provides suport for women that escape violent homes and relationships.
Halle Berry has arguably undertaken her most demanding film role yet. The Oscar winning actress plays a woman suffering from multiple personality disorder, which include a small child and a racist white woman in the upcoming flick, “Frankie & Alice”.
Berry’s performance has already generated early Oscar buzz.

“You realize you are not meant to go the distance with everybody. We were meant to bring this amazing little person into the world. And I think that’s why we came together…And because of that, we are going to be together forever, all three of us. We are a family until we are not here anymore.”
“[Gabriel and I are] still friends, we love each other very much, and we both share the love of our lives. And we are both 100 percent committed to being the best parents we can be. And while it was not a love connection for us, he was absolutely the right person to have this child with because she is going to have an amazing father.”
Halle Berry looked stunning whilst filming a scene for her upcoming movie ‘Dark Tide’ at Seal Island, in South Africa this weekend.
Due to the high population of seals in breeding season, Great White sharks flock to the bay where Berry is currently filming ‘Dark Tide’ . She is starring as diving instructor Sara, who comes face to face with great white sharks on the shores of an isolated island. The film is scheduled for release next year.
