UK rapper & BBC Sound 2010 finalist, Giggs has dropped his first video after signing to XL records. Known for his slow, menacing delivery, he beat Dizzee Rascal and Chipmunk to win best UK act at the BET hip-hop awards in Atlanta last October. His official debut is an uptempo, club track called “Look What The Cat Dragged In”.

BBC Sound of 2010 Shortlist

The BBC have announced the shortlist of contenders for the prestigious “Sound of 2010″.
The list aims to highlight the best in new music and the acts that are likely to make the biggest impact in music next year.
The 15 finalists were selected by 165 UK-based tastemakers with the Top 5 to be announced in January.
UK rapper, Giggs (pictured) made the final cut as did much-hyped singer songwriter Ellie Goulding.
Previous winners have included Mika, Little Boots & The Bravery.
