Could it be true? The Mirror is reporting that Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle will perform a medly of Destiny’s Child hits at Glastonbury Festival this weekend.
Beyonce, who is headlining the Pyramid Stage on Sunday, had reportedly invited her ex-bandmates to join her backstage at the festival to enjoy the day with her. According to The Mirror, the plans have developed and they may even join Beyonce on stage for a brief reunion.

Looks like it was a case of wishful thinking as Kelly Rowland is expected to perform at the BET Awards in LA, this Sunday. Guess we’ll have to wait a little while longer for that Destiny’s Child reunion!

Rapper Flo-Rida has been arrested for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) after being pulled over by police who noticed him swerving in his lane while driving in Miami Beach, Florida.
According to TMZ, once Flo-Rida stepped out of his Bugatti, officers smelled alcohol on his breath and he was taken to the station and reportedly booked for the DUI and driving with a suspended license. Allegedly, the rapper’s blood alcohol levels were double the legal limit.
Actor David Arquette has claimed that he was thrown out of a Price gig for taking photos with his phone. While enjoying the concert at LA’s The Forum in Inglewood, David got into an argument with the security; he said:
“Security came to take this kid away and they said, ‘You gotta get rid of all those pictures on your phone.’ I said, ‘Prince just said we could take the pictures.’ And so I got kicked out of the Prince show.”
A spokesperson for the venue security said that all guests were warned of the ‘no photo’ rule when entering.
Prince is headlining the Hop Farm Festival in Kent, UK which takes place 1 -3 July.
Alesha Dixon has severed ties with her record label Asylum/Atlantic after poor sales of her album ‘The Entertainer’, which only reached #84 on the UK charts.
A statement has been released by her manager Malcolm Blair:
“Alesha would like to announce that after discussions with her record label, Asylum/Atlantic, we have decided not to extend her recording contract. It became clear during our discussions that both Alesha and her label had some creative differences which we were unable to resolve and it was mutually agreed that the best course of action for both parties was to part company on good terms.”
Will I Am says that it’s not completely over for Cheryl Cole and that she still has a huge chance of making it in America. Speaking on the X Factor USA incident, the Black Eyed Peas front man and Chezza’s US manager said:
“She always comes back stronger and she always comes back bigger. Cheryl has been through rougher things than this, so this is going to be no problem for her.”
He even said that there are some promising collaborations in the pipeline with US artists including Rihanna, Usher, Katy Perry and of course the Black Eyed Peas.
Cheryl Cole has reportedly been replaced by Nicole Scherzinger on the US version of The X Factor. Entertainment news site TMZ announced the “huge shake up” but as of yet, the reasons for the switch are unclear.

TMZ are reporting that Cheryl Cole was reportedly dumped from the US X Factor judging panel because her Geordie accent was too thick.
According to the report, 27-year-old Cole also had a ‘lack of chemistry’ with fellow judge Paula Abdul and bosses thought the British pop star was the ‘more expendable’ of the pair.
Meanwhile the Sun newspaper are claiming Cheryl was homesick.
It is still unclear if Cole will return to the UK X Factor if the rumours are indeed true.
Tomorrow the Mother Monster herself Lady Gaga will come to London to do promo for her soon-to-be-released album ‘Born This Way’.
Apparently she has asked her team to speak in a London cockney accent for the duration of her stay.
Whilst in the capital, the singer will play an intimate acoustic set of some tracks from her forthcoming album at the iconic London club, Annabel’s, and perform on Graham Norton.
Gaga will also headline the Radio 1 Weekender this Sunday in Carlisle.
It has been announced that Girls Aloud member Nicola Roberts’ debut single ‘Beat Of My Drum’, produced by Diplo & Switch, will be released June 5th and her debut album ‘Cinderella’s Eyes’ will be released sometime this autumn.
