Wearing a form fitting bejeweled dress, a blonde Bey poses for the cameras in New York. Earlier today, Mrs. Carter sat down with Oprah for her ‘Next Chapter’ series which premieres on Saturday, February 16, at 8 p.m. on OWN followed by ‘Life Is But a Dream’ at 9 p.m. on HBO (US times).
