Yes, we know Rih-Rih was actually talking about her looh-lah, but considering we’re currently filling our faces with a box of yummy cupcakes courtesy of our friends over at Love Rosie, let’s assume she meant the sponge, cream and icing variety shall we? Yes? Good.

And with a successful, never-ending production line currently on the go, the Love Rosie cake fairies are now sharing their passion for baking in their new cupcake making classes. Whether you’re a Can’t Cook, Won’t Cook novice or a Great British Bake Off clever-dick, there’s something for you as the girls will not only show you how to bake the perfect cake, but also how to expertly ice and decorate it as well. The first set of classes are already booked up, but new dates are set to be announced in the run up to Christmas – so head on over to the site to book yourself in if you want to learn how to bring something else to the table rather than your usual dry, crusty Christmas pudding.

What’s more, Punchbowl have managed to wrangle a cupcake making class for four to give away to our lucky readers.
