X Factor star Leona Lewis unveils the lyric video to the second single from her third studio album ‘Glassheart’ which debuted at number three earlier this month.
‘Fireflies’ was confirmed as the new single earlier this month via a YouTube clip on her official channel. Speaking on the song, Lewis said:
“This song is really special to me. [It's] really important and has such a meaningful and powerful message behind it. I think in the run-up to Christmas it’s going to be a really powerful song. I’m just really excited about it.”
‘Fireflies’ was written and produced by Craigie Dodds, who has previously worked with the Rizzle Kicks, Yasmin, Amy Winehouse and the Gorillaz.
‘Fireflies’ will be released on November 26.
