Kanye West was seen buying red roses for Kim after they had dinner together to celebrate her 32nd birthday at The Grand Canal Restaurant in Venice.
Kim tweeted, “Italy is so beautiful! Best birthday ever!!! I got whisked away to Rome for a birthday week surprise!”
Meanwhile Ryan Seacrest hinted that Kanye may be asking Kim for her hand in marriage during the romantic getaway.
