Rob Kardashian noticed a photographer taking pictures of him and Rita Ora arguing from across the street.
Rob then took off after the paparazzo in what he later said was a mock chase — but according to TMZ the photographer fled for his life, screaming for help.
Nearby police officers who saw the entire incident immediately detained the 25-year-old reality star.
Eventually, cops determined there was no altercation, and let both men go.
