Happy birthday to the Princess of Pop, Ms Britney Spears who turns 30 today. Britney has ruled the airwaves for nearly 12 years after starting her career in 1999 with the record breaking debut single, “…Baby One More Time”. Britney has gone on to sell over over 100 million records worldwide and she is the eighth top-selling female artist in the United States, with 33 million certified albums.
In her three decades, she has released 7 albums, has two failed marriages behind her, is the mother of two sons, has had a mental health breakdown and been put under conservatorship .
