The Royal family have released some of the Official Royal Wedding photographs taken at Buckingham Palace yesterday by Hugo Burnand.
Meanwhile the royal couple left Buckhingham Palace this morning via Helicopter on route to their honeymoon – although the destination remains a mystery.
Prince Harry was also seen leaving the palace but by coach while his on and off girlfriend Chelsy Davy left in a royal car with Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. The Middleton family meanwhile were seen leaving the Goring Hotel.
It was also reported that Prince Charles movingly described Kate Middleton as the daughter he had never had yesterday and admitted: ‘We are lucky to have her.’
In a touching speech, the clearly emotional prince is said to have paid tribute to his new daughter-in-law – but still found time to crack jokes about his eldest son and his famously thinning hairline.
Harry was also said to have made a light-hearted best man’s speech, laced with jokes at his brother’s expense.
