Producer Robert ‘Shea’ Taylor has revealed that he has been working with Beyonce on her fourth studio album over the past several months, and says a new single is almost ready to go and will be released next month.
Speaking on the new album, Taylor reportedly said that Beyonce’s follow up to her 2008 release ‘I Am … Sasha Fierce’ — is more pop but still R&B and compared it to Michael Jackson in his “prime.” Beyonce also reportedly has a track featuring Kanye West that Taylor calls “Amazing.”
Details on the new Beyonce album are still scarce, but she’s already pulled in some heavy hitting producers including Taylor, Diplo, Sean Garrett and Christopher “Tricky” Stewart (‘Single Ladies’), as well as collaborations with song writer Ne-Yo and electro-pop duo Sleigh Bells.
