Lil Wayne has said that he and Drake will be bringing out a joint album together….hopefully at the end of the year! The rapper told MTV:
“We’ve always been in the studio or we’ve always been having conversations about let’s do something together. Let’s do an album together.”
As the Young Money general is in high demand for guest verses, has other collaborative projects to do, and is finishing off his ‘The Carter IV’ album, he expects his joint album with Drake to come out the end of 2011, at the earliest:
“I want it to be a year when [we] actually have a moment and we can do it. It’s coming up. Probably the end of the year if we work hard at it.”
We’re looking forward to this joint album!
