Tonight Alicia Keys held her annual London ‘Black Ball’ to benefit charitable organisation ‘Keep A Child Alive’, which provides care and support to orphans and those affected by AIDS in Africa and India.
The event includes an intimate cocktail party, live auction and seated dinner as well as an awards ceremony to honour humanitarians who use their willpower and fame to save lives devastated by AIDS.
Alicia Keys was accompanied by fiance Swizz Beatz and other celebs at the charitable event included JLS, Tinchy Stryder, Tinie Tempah, Jade Ewan, Kasbian, Katie Price with husband Alex Reid, Thandie Newton, Sol Campbell, Chris Martin, Gwyneth Paltrow and designer Christian Louboutin.
In related news Alicia and Swizz “are expecting a baby and are engaged to be married in a private ceremony later this year,” reps for the couple confirm to PEOPLE. It will be the first marriage for Grammy-winner Keys – and their first child together. Swizz Beatz is father to Kasseem Jr., 3, and son Prince, both from previous relationships.
