Wayne Bridge today came face to face with John Terry, the former best friend who betrayed him by having an affair with his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel. And in the full glare of a live TV audience and a small army of photographers, Bridge snubbed his ex-team-mate by refusing to shake his hand.
