RIP Adam Goldstein aka DJ AM
March 30th 1973- August 28th 2009
DJ AM was found dead earlier today. He was 36.
Goldstein had barely escaped death in a small plane crash in South Carolina on Sept. 19, 2008 with Travis Barker .
Details of his death are still emerging but the New York Post are reporting that drug paraphernalia was found in the apartment.
DJ AM had seemingly overcome his addiction to drugs and was even recently working on an MTV show to help young people get sober.
His last words on Twitter were ‘New york, new york. Big city of dreams but everything in new york aint always what it seems’
